July 8th: Astley Bank - Darwen - Gig with James Loynes and Donald Banks: I'm told the audience is a choir - should be interesting!

July 9th: Southport - Gig with James Loynes and Donald Banks - Charity Do!: For two VERY worthwhile charities - Spinal Unit AND Help for Heroes!

July 14th: Radio Lancashire - The Late Show with Joe Wilson (10:00am to 12:00midnight): Just a general chat @ my music and the books - part of the promotion for my new book 3.8!

July 22nd: - Lancashire Evening Telegraph - Emma Cruces: Did a small piece on the new book.
Comments AFTER the event: Nick Clark had taken a photo of Sarah (my youngest) and I standing outside Waterstones in Preston. The shot wasn't used. Sarah was dissappointed in not getting her photo in the paper - Ah Well, can't win 'em all!

July 27th: Radio Lancashire - Sally Naden's Show (11:00am to 1:00pm): On her panel - don't know the subject of the day as yet, but Sally always has something interesting to talk about. Also playing guitar for James Loynes on at least one new song and trying to drum up support for the book signing event at Waterstones on Saturday.
Comments AFTER the event: Great advert for the book signing (thanks Sally Naden!) - James and I performed the song Ben (Michael Jackson) for the first time ever - guitar not to usual high standard. Just before the song went on air there was a disturbance from a drunk in reception who seemed to have a "good idea" and wanted everyone to know about it.

July 30th: Waterstones - Fishergate - Preston - Book Signing (12:00noon to 3:00pm): This is a first for me! If I have any fans out there then come along for a chat - free CD of my songs (your choice - one of two) if you buy a book! Comments AFTER the event: Well that was interesting! We sold out of the books Waterstones had in stock, so it was a success. Got to thank Kevin Starkey for being the Alien for a day. We got at least four sales from him pulling people in off the street. All-in-all good fun. Thanks to all the friends and family that turned up and to all who bought a book!

Aug - Sep: Break Time: Will probably concentrate on studio work and finishing the synopsis for the new book - if I get bored of doing nothing!
